With 13 years in Corporate business, as an analytical thinker, the growth in that industry has combined well with that of an analytical personal trainer, by finding partnered client solutions, gives way to success for all.

A little obsessive about self-development and improvement, Jenni is ever challenging herself and encouraging that in those around her. Curiosity and goal setting has allowed her to capture opportunities and work to make them her success.

Carmen Prefontaine



After finishing her education at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Carmen felt like she needed to pair something with her nutrition certification that not only complemented it but also was something that was working for her and her own body. This is where Pilates fit perfectly, after seeing amazing results in herself and others close to her, she knew this was a type of activity that someone could do at any age and see/ feel results.

She began her training in Saskatoon at The Saskatoon Pilates Centre with Instructor Kathy Bond, where she observed, taught and took classes for the next year. She completed two levels of training and now continues to practice privately as well as  with other other trainers. 

What is Pilates? 

One of the great things about Pilates is that you can achieve spectacular results with very little investment in equipment. Although many of the exercises can be done with fitness balls, rubber bands and other special gear, you only need your body, comfy cloths and a mat to get started. 

Pilates trains for natural, correct and efficient movement. Pilates is a preventative system of movement, which focuses on core strength and proper alignment. The exercises help build bone density, increase joint mobility, improve muscle tone, core  strength, organ mobility and functions, as well as improve overall strength and flexibility of the body. 

Pilates focuses on postural alignment and requires coordination, balance, grace and agility.
